可有效的應(yīng)用于低壓鍋爐的爐內(nèi)水處理，鍋爐包括水暖、蒸汽、機車用鍋爐等，也可用于海水淡化、蒸餾劑水箱等系統(tǒng)的緩蝕防銹。

3. 使用方法

按每噸水加200ppm的藥劑比例加入鍋爐補充水中即可，使用時注意排污，要求每小時排污一次，每次5-10秒，如鍋爐帶垢運行時可加大藥劑用量，勤排污，運行10-20天后反應(yīng)停爐，人工把脫落下的水垢清理干凈，防止污垢堵塞管道，然后轉(zhuǎn)入正常運行；

有條件的可測爐水濃縮倍數(shù)，控制在10倍左右，其它參數(shù)按勞動有關(guān)規(guī)定調(diào)整（如爐水PH10-12等）。

鍋爐補充水的總硬度應(yīng)控制在200mg/L以內(nèi)，若硬度過高可用石灰法或其它方法降硬度，否則藥劑的阻垢效果將受影響。

4. 包裝與貯運

(1)本品采用藍色塑料桶包裝，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根據(jù)客戶需要確定。

(2)本產(chǎn)品儲存在陰暗、通風的庫房，并遠離火種和高溫，庫溫不宜超過30℃。

(3)與易燃、可燃物、酸類、堿類等物質(zhì)分開存放，切忌混儲。

5. 安全與防護

原液對皮膚有刺激性，應(yīng)避免與眼睛直接接觸，應(yīng)立即用大量清水沖洗，不可凝視，不可與皮膚長期接觸。須佩戴好防護眼鏡、防酸堿手套、安全帽，必要時要穿戴好防酸堿防護服。

 01 、藥劑螯合與晶格畸變作用：無機鹽晶體生長過程是按晶格形狀有序排列，阻垢分散劑能優(yōu)先與晶體扭折位置的陽離子螫合，使晶體不能按正常規(guī)律生長，而是使晶體形成了歪晶，晶體仍繼續(xù)長大，螯合物被鑲嵌在繼續(xù)生長的晶體中，這種晶體在彈性應(yīng)力作用下容易碎裂，形成外形不規(guī)則的小晶體，晶體發(fā)生畸變，而不長大。

02、藥劑分散作用：阻垢分散劑通過物理或化學(xué)作用被吸附到無機鹽微晶及其他懸浮物粒子表面。吸附了阻垢分散劑的小晶體和懸浮物表面形成雙電層，改變了顆粒表面原來的電荷狀況，在靜電作用下，顆粒相互排斥、這樣避免了顆粒碰撞后長大沉積，并將無機鹽微晶及懸浮微粒分散在水中。
